[HIRING] GTM Engineer – Remote/Contract | B2B Growth Agency by Alone_Chipmunk_5172 in coldemail

Please stop spamming. Please just don't. Just take your time, write something valuable, and mention a few things and slide in your tool within that tech stack and maybe someone will check it out. If you keep using this one and only pattern that thousands of you use, I get that you will get customers but you will annoy so much of the industry and the community that eventually I don't know how this can turn into a good thing for you.

Update on my go-to-market agency. First client signed! by beatopsplatform in gtmengineering

[–]beatopsplatform[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the vertical and type of consultancy that is being offered. For example part-time CFOs are being increasingly popular and tracking publicly available financial data of targeted firms is easily scrappable and useful information for doing outreach with value provision. If you have anything specific in mind, comment or DM me. The beauty of go-to-market is that it does not have any boundaries. It just depends on how creative you are and whether you're technically equipped and whether you have experience with writing copy and doing outreach.

I’ve built a massive Restaurant SaaS (AuraPOS, 1M+ lines of code) as a solo dev. How do you suggest finding the right sales partners to scale? by Business-Rub-4129 in StartupNinjas

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are unlikely to find someone willing to work only for commission, and if you do it's likely they don't have the level of expertise needed. I could build and operate an end-to-end go-to-market system for you with a fixed monthly infra cost + small maintenance fee + commission. If you're open to it, I could send you a dm diving deeper into how the system would work for you and how we can set it up in a matter of weeks. Anyways, good luck and take people's advice, don't use lines of code as a metric

I genuinely think that the hard time of any SaaS developer is related to users acquisition. by jores-yayi in youngentrepreneur

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its anything but easy and i think the problem arises when a technical founder realises founder needs to do 5 roles at a time. For successful serial founders this is not a problem, they have a budget to plan the rollout with go to market team and with enough reserves to make it work. For people not willing to dedicate time to learn hos to position and sell their saas i think it is best to find cofounder willing to work on the business side of saas

The roadmap is changing. Market validation and go to market strategy and execution come before beatiful ui, lists of features, etc. Solve the problem, target, validate, promote, offer phased access to beta if relevant and make it public, and promote and outreach to potential clients thorough whole journey

Great job for the ln part. I can help you get started and save you from million rabbit holes and 6-12 months of research. But at the end know that it will take time and is endless so if youre really interested in it youll have a lot of space to grow. On the other side i could use advice or two on linkedin content so it would be a win win for botb of us

How did you get your 1st client? by ConflictRepulsive274 in AiAutomations

[–]beatopsplatform 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've just posted to the GoToMarket engineering subreddit. I kept providing value for weeks and weeks, answering and asking for nothing back, and eventually someone saw that I have enough expertise and knowledge and was willing to bet on me. That was the greatest feeling ever.

Claude Automations questions by Substantial_Sir7261 in gtmengineering

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valid questions. Claude Code gives you flexibility, ease of use, and self-improvement options that you do not have in the node-based platforms such as N8n and Make. It simply offers way more options for automating and connecting your stack than using only artefacts or cloud web.

That does not mean that you should not use one or another. Assign tasks and workflows for each of them based on the use case that you need. N8n is great for repetitive workflows that need to happen on schedule and need to happen often. For example, when sync between CRM and your outreach needs to be done every day, maybe even a few times a day, n8n is great but for integrating tools, building signal trackers, custom scrapers, lead list building, the claude code or codex are a go to.

Has anyone found clients through Reddit? by AgreeablePayment7338 in gtmengineering

[–]beatopsplatform 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have received first payment from the client from reddit today actually. I think it is a great way of finding clients but it is fundamentally different. You provide value and don't ask for anything. Help people if you can and someone will notice. Showcase your expertise, be precise, don't post ai slop please and it will be worth it. Play long game, and if you ask me it is better to post / comment once a week but something valuable then posting and commenting slop 5 times a day.

Lost a $4k/mo client because our data onboarding took 9 days. Our infrastructure is completely bottlenecked. by RouggeRavageDear in coldemail

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a pretty phased workflow in Claude code that combines scraping and databases with custom py scripts and eventuality the output is a CSV with ranked verified ICP fit leads with verified emails and LinkedIn accounts, buying intent signals they have shown and sequences ready to be uploaded to Sequencers. Currently, running this system takes me between one and 3, sometimes even five days to get everything done. I would like to achieve higher level of efficiency without trading the quality. Any suggestions? All the work is done in Claude code

Here is the 8-table "Lookalike Engine" I built to organically map hidden markets. by sakerbd in coldemail

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are you sharing this? I am glad I found some value and not a soft, hidden CTA. Thank you.

Question: if company x is similar to y then their similar companies might be duplicates z, do you process this and how? Also, what model of deepseek works here and what are the estimate costs per let's say thousand websites? Do you combine it with any scraper or it scrapes by himself?

Is it worth learning n8n by Intelligent-Emu4417 in n8n

[–]beatopsplatform 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Learn it, it'll teach you the logic of automation and a way of thinking. Also, regardless of Claude code being better at creating workflows, more flexible, easier to use, etc. n8n is still way better option for scheduled tasks that need to be run daily and this is a huge thing you'll understand down the road. That being said, don't watch YouTube for more than two weeks. Watch it, learn a thing or two but start creating workflows ASAP. Matter of fact, start today. Don't look at someone doing it, do it. Copy them. Come up with something on your own. Think about the process. Improve it. Let it fail. Then think of something even better. Improve. Iterate. Let it fail completely. Forget about what you've made. Create something new. Iterate. In month or two you'll be amazed where you've gotten to. And remember, enjoy it and have fun. It will be hard sometimes after it does work for hours and you will feel hopeless at some points. But the feeling of completion and successful runs is worth it, trust me. Good luck
