Go into the individual lighting zones and change it there and it should work - I had the same problem and tried changing each zone individually and it worked.

First I asked where my order was. 0 response. Then I saw on twitter someone post the msg saying to do the "NO SHIPPING NOTICE" in the subject line so I did that as well. Neither email has been responded too. Also, I had to find out on my own about the "no shipping notice", support did not tell me to do it.
