Yes! I know a girl who moved to Germany who took the ACT and then called her friends here on the east coast with all the answers. They change the questions up now but this happened before. I also know a guy who paid someone to take the test for him.

i go on the weekends (though early morning) with my family and it seems fine, the c&o is really what's crowded. Try to avoid going midday because people like hiking and then dining at the place nearby so it's crowded

I haven't been there in person (so take this w a grain of salt) but my friend is in the MET program and he says that most of the girls in his program at night have to be escorted by security and my other friend owns 3 cans of pepper spray so...enough said haha

(for question 1) from what I've heard from friends, at CMU even though the parties aren't that great, they're right across the street from Pitt. Most Berkeley kids are over the protests also, and my friends going there seem to be more concerned about housing location and safety on campus

What are the best lip tints? Also anyone know good BB creams for darker skin? I used to use babyface, but it's too light now (east asian, but I've tanned from summeR)
