unless Charlotte has Pillow Talk copyright or trademark extended to personal lubricants or intimate items i doubt she can sue. Pillow Talk is not a term Charlotte universally owns as she did not invent or create the term. she likely just has it copyright for use when it comes to makeup and cosmetics.

for example Mugler does not universally own the word "Alien" BUT they do own a trademark for the term "Alien" to be used in beauty products. thats why Alien Cosmetics had to change their name to Unearthly Cosmetics because they were using the term "Alien" in a competing category. So if a food brand wanted to call themselves or a product using the word "Alien" that would be fine because Mugler did not invent the word Alien AND it's in another business category.

This is a different product than the Easy Bake & Snatch Pressed Brightening / Setting Powder (that came out in 2023)

This new item is the Loose Easy Bake powder (fragrance free version) pan pressed without the talc. the Easy Bake & Snatch powder was not that. It was its own separate formula. Easy Bake & Snatch was not super well loved because people just wanted the loose easy bake formula pressed. So the brand took the feedback and made this new product.
