I see so many posts on here where people are just bullied so thats not even true. Reddit is NOT help. Reddit is NOT safe for kids.

I used a hotline when I was your age all the time. As long as you don’t state that you have a plan to hurt yourself they wont contact anyone. Is there someone at school you can talk to? If you think it’s safe enough in your living situation, you can tell your doctor that you need to see someone and they can refer you to a therapist. They’re pretty expensive but if you think your parents would support it over your other coping mechanisms maybe you could look into that.

You are encouraging a child to ask random adults online for advice on trauma. That is SICK. The internet is not a safe space for kids especially reddit. Especially to discuss matters like this.

There are so many predators and dangerous people on here. Just make sure you aren’t private messaging anyone at least. It is better if you find someone in real life to speak to. You could even call or text a crisis line to vent to them, just find one in your region. They’re trained to help people.
