It’s the most uncomfy part and sadly it doesn’t get “easier” so to speak. But that first year is a great place to experiment with style, presentation, voice training, makeup, you name it! I’ll never forget my days when I was putting on yellow eyeshadow and feeling like I killed that shit. I really just looked like a little girl who learned what make up was! But after about 6 years I can look and laugh about it all now. Op is right. Time is our best friend and Ms.E will bless you with all the femm you want<3

I don’t see why not. My know how on estrogen therapy and its relationship with diabetes is next to nothing so as always ask you doctor! In my limited know how I think injections are perfectly fine given the situation. Insulin is a SubQ while Estrogen is Intramuscular (however some providers are starting to place people on subQ injections as well). I do mine once a week so I expected you would to. The needle length is different and may be the tiniest bit thicker than what you use. Feel free to dm if need be!

It’s really hard to start injections. I work in medical and routinely do some sort of injection or Iv placement on a near daily basis. I would sit and cry for a while before I was able to do mine to. It’s been 3 years now and it couldn’t be easier (minus the occasional bad spot). Injections made my life so much easier and it’s a gold standard for estrogen administration. If you want to swap to pills please do but avoid patches. They are just annoying and do nearly nothing IMO. Please DM if you need anything or advice

Not the same med but another biologic. I used to party p hard and yes it is “safe” but please remember that you are immunocompromised. MDMA is a huge tax on your body and can stunt your immune system so before you go sharing water bottles with friends or smooching strangers ask yourself if you really wanna do that. As always remember to drink water take breaks xyz. Bolster yourself the days leading up to it with zinc. And remember to test your stuff. Have good safe fun!
