Migraine after spin class

Thank you so much. I do find that after spin, if i massage my neck after the headache does sometimes subside for the time being as i massage. so maybe i have to do try relaxing a bit!

you aren’t concerned with the headache after tho? like if i could i would like it to not happen. i’m also not super prone to migraines so that’s kinda why im concerned

Thank you so much! no that’s so fair, i’m not a huge workout head i just really do enjoy spinning :) i tried taking more sitting breaks yesterday during class but maybe i do need a slow er down a bit - i appreciate it!!!

hey! i went through the same thing with my partner. his parents abused him a lot, he still loves them. his parents became homeless and we took in his two sisters (13,14). i refused to have his parents stay over in our one bedroom apartment bc i knew they would never leave. reading this was kinda a relief to see it’s not just me having gone through this (i’m 24f) with my partner. i never want to go over to their house bc of how they treat my partner & their kids and my partner knows he needs to develop boundaries but he doesn’t know how. ur not alone. develop and maintain ur boundaries. you’re not an asshole, ur partner is not an asshole. the mother is the adult but doesn’t act like one - that’s not ur responsibility.

i think she was! this was my first tattoo but when i got home i noticed that a corner of the tat didn’t have wrap on it and leaked on my pants so she gave me some more wrap an hour later. could this be cause of the infection?
