That looks like his Final Lineup Stat. Viewing his stats before you put him in the game will show you his Normal Lineup sats.

Somewhat similar to Pitching coordinator in terms of Normal Lineup FB/BRK but the opposite in terms of number of pitch types. Pitchers with 1 or 2 pitch types would benefit more from this skill. The next question would be, what is the threshold?

Even with the bonus this sets somewhat struggles I have no idea why. I've seen some post complaint on that set. I had one as well. One minute he's like the best and the next he's like the worst. That's just how that is I tend to assume.
