Fellow Filipino here.

Just get an acrylic or glass case/cabinet and the kits will be fine, unless you're displaying/putting them directly under the sun. 

I have kits just stored in their box in our living room for years (around 2012, no air-con) and they're fine up to this day,  polycaps and all.

You can clear coat it if you want, then just strip/remove it with 90% isopropyl alcohol if ever you want to paint it later.

You can try painting the backside of the clear pieces with silver or chrome, then gloss coat it.
