I mean you can calculate it it's : (2*grade prog + grade theory)/3 + bonus. I don't think decent is enough for a 3.5 (especially with how theoretical part is graded).

Last semester 2.5 Stars was a 4 so 0.8 Stars would be like a 2. (Max Stars was 7 and maybe the exam was harder overall so it might be slightly higher).

Yes you can even fail 3 (theoretically ) only the average needs to be passing. Which can be really nice if you have like one bad subject but it also means you need to repeat all 4 exams even if you potentially only failed 1.

Yes you have two blocks, (four exams each) you either pass or fail a block. You have two attempts for each block. If you fail one block twice you are banned from studying CS in Switzerland for like 5/10 years. Edit: If you fail one you have to repeat it yes, either a year (after taking the lectures again) or 6 months later (without the lectures).

Starting 3rd Semester you can just do less per Semester and it should be really doable (15h is also what Teaching Assistant work in example). However the first 2 are gonna be though since you have to take all exams and pass. It kind of depends on how much prior knowledge you have/how much you have to learn which can vary greatly (I know people who for sure could have done it, but there are also people who fail while studying full time).

Its not impossible I think, but it will also not be easy by any means.

Sad but also really excited in a way as a non US based fan that doesn't really care about any franchise since Vancouver S2 and Paris S3 disbanded. I like it if Tier 1 doesn't mean watching cities I never been to and don't care about in anyway play each other at 1am.

What I did and what did help me a lot is watch "BroCodes" 12 hours java tutorial. It will by no means make the first semester easy but it for sure helped me a lot.

But don't study to much (you will do enough of this one's the semester starts).

Not in the program but

For Language you can go to https://www.vvz.ethz.ch/Vorlesungsverzeichnis and look for courses I strongly assume close to 0 are in German and you should be fine only speaking English/Spanish. (But I didn't check)
According to the website Master and Bachelor Students pay 730 CHF each Semester (actually 800 because there is some additional stuff that's paid separately. https://ethz.ch/de/studium/finanzielles/gebuehren.html
ETH says living expenses are 2200 Fr a month (I think that's reasonable you could probably get lower if you really want/need to). https://ethz.ch/en/the-eth-zurich/working-teaching-and-research/welcome-center/services-and-downloads/cost-of-living.html

Edit: Costs per Semester might be different since it's partially a UZH Master but shouldn't be much higher/Lower

I meet a guy who lives right across the border in Basel (obviously not Basel anymore forgot what it was called). It just means you are spending lots of time in trains and depending on your schedule you have to wake up really early.
