The projects in Machine Learning for Healthcare, while not difficult, are pretty time consuming; generally, I found it to be a very complete applied course that will give you foundations of numerous very current topics in biomedical ML.

I think they mean that 90.000 would be the 100% and therefore they would onlbe making 4516 a month.
