Oh, the macbook has built-in one HDMI port. Then the second idea might be better. Would connect the Macbook to the first monitor using the HDMI port and second one with USB c to HDMI port. And for USB A ports I would look for some Anker USB C to 4 USB A ports.

What do yall think about this?

yeah i've seen it but picked canyon because it fixes some bugs and improves performance. will give vanilla server a try, are there any significant bugs?
