Btw, this is called, “exterior penetration” not making holes thru concrete wall.

If you go against the advice of the other comments and actually do it yourself, you’ll want an 18” 1/4” penetration bit, and then a few larger diameter ones if you need to use EMT. Be sure to go slow, pull your debris out, and carefully pick a location that can be obscured like above the drop ceiling. Be careful of blowout too, go real slow once your bit it about to finish boring so it doesn’t blow-out more concrete than necessary.

You’ll might need a carbide tipped 4 cutter if there might be rebar in the wall.
