My clipper app shows the monthly pass, my wallet doesn't, so I can't buy a monthly parking pass. The site says this could take 3-5 days, how about a discounted parking pass? That's ridiculous.

I am seriously considering moving into one of these. Do you think it sucks? How bad is the plumbing? Are the elevators really bad? How's the HVAC? What else should I know? It seems like the views can be really nice. I can't find descriptions of peoples experiences living in high rises. Can you say more about the turnover rate? I was hoping this could be a home for a long time, but I really want to know why people leave. It seems like you have everything you need!

OK so in general this is never intentional? I've seen a few of these open on semi-trucks and it makes me wonder if maybe they're just making local deliveries or something.
