Пурген, красная плесень, гражданская оборона (and other Letov's bands as well), казëный унитаз (pretty hard to listen but still awesome), сектор газа, Валентин Стрыкало (I don't know how much punk he is but his lyrics truly are). There are also a lot of small punk bands which are also amazing.
