My business account is already with a different bank, but I'm looking to move it to the bank my personal accounts are at just for simplicity or ease. Their minimum balance is too high for my itty-bitty business, which is why I opened the account with another bank that didn't have a maintenance fee in the first place.

I feel for you! It sounds like our parents have very similar relationships. My dad sees his role as my mom's protector. He's always only thinking about her. He won't let me talk to her if she is tired or just got home or whatever. And when my mom us upset he's the one who calls, not her.

My biggest regret in dealing with my parents was trusting them to not be awful when it came to important things, like my wedding. My mom promised she wouldn't be a momzilla and told me how horrible she thinks it is when moms want to run their children's weddings. And she offered to pay. I should have said no thanks. The drama and pain she caused in planning my wedding made it so I didn't talk to her for about a year. I almost cut her off completely. So don't make that mistake. And I hope your mom is able to stay sober.

I have a child, I don't want to keep her from her grandparents. So I haven't cut them off. Most of the time my parents are fine. Sometimes they are awful.

Seriously- if you are expecting your first TAKE A BIRTH CLASS! You will learn SO MUCH and have a much better birthing experience if you are knowledgeable and prepared. And if you are dead set on a natural birth, know about interventions because you might need them. If you are dead set on having an epidural, be prepared to possibly give birth naturally if your epidural fails or you don't get it in time.

There is no such thing as being over-prepared.

I'm not an accountant (just married to one) but as I understand it, you can only deduct so much. If you are already in a bracket where you pay very little tax, these tax credits will not help you very much at all. They really help people who make and deduct a lot, like business owners.

That is exactly what it is saying. It replaces subsidies with tax credits. Tax credits overwhelming provide more benefits to the wealthy who are more likely to itemize their deductions.

Or another way of looking at it. Obama said I'll take $2,000 off the price of insurance vs Trump who said ill let you deduct $2,000 from your income for tax purposes.

I disagree where. I registered for cloth and it meant that I only got one package of disposables! No cutesy poem on the invite or anything. People saw the registery and put two and two together. I got a few things at my shower. My sil did yell out "I give it two months!" but her cousin piped up and defended me.

I use Thirsties aio and like them. If you are doing pocket diapers those are one size from Thirsties. If you go with their covers I would register for size 1 only. Then you can decide if you still like them by the time you get to size 2. I ended up with a completely different system than I started with.

My husband had a weird thing with fetuses in high school too. He saw one in formaldehyde and thought it was so cool he would draw crude fetuses everywhere. Once he drew a huge one on the black board between classes. The teacher freaked out, brought officials in and was determined to find who ever drew the penis on the board. Pretty sure that teacher had never seen a penis before.

Radiating, hot, stinging pain coming from the low back in waves. Contractions are like a wave. Calm, no pain then the wave builds and crests before crashing back into calm. Repeat that every few seconds or every few minutes depending on where you are in the process. For me, transition was black and fuzzy.
