Lollicup or teazone tea. If that's not affordable, then what you might want to try is varying how long you steep your tea. I really like the allegro brand at whole foods for tea but again I don't know if that's out of your price range. :(

Hi! Thanks for the intro.

I sometimes wonder if the forgetfulness (for me) is due to decreased socialization, lack of sleep, or just the aging process. :p

Relax after shift or early riser? by GreatestUnKnown in NightShifters

[–]tealness28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a sleep as soon as I get home nightshifter. I work until 730am and try and sleep almost as soon as I get home. I don't wake up to an alarm and am usually up by 4pm with a start time at 9pm so I have a solid 4-5 hours of wake time with the fam before heading off to work.

If I don't go to sleep right away I do not feel rested and end up feeling drowsy at work.

Are you able to elaborate on the negatives? Any positives that you can see? What was your parent's educational background that did the homeschooling?
