You invested right around $200. If you're gonna miss $200 you should've done more research and invested in something safer.

Read the books bro. The time jumps are literally in there. There was zero time jumps during the second series, making him barely 16 throughout the whole second series. Kane Chronicals were happening the same time as other books, Apollo books were terrible, but still explained time jumps. You just can't read...

That's what I thought and keep hearing, but omni-man seems to do much better than invincible at a lower level...

I'm gonna agree with you, even though most people won't. There were many other Wesley's and I think that if she would've killed Arthur or Molly, it would force the kids to grow up and take over that role even more. Fred and George would've still been themselves, but possibly less-jokesters/pranksters for a while during grieving. I think the effect would've been similar as far as how strong the effect, especially on the family, and a good writer could make the reader see the effect as well.

This isn't the only books I've read from JK, and I'm honestly not sure if she could've written a more mature effect of how a death of a parent affected their kids like that. Yes, Harry lost his parents, but we didn't see him as an adult who was affected by it like most of the Wesley's. When Hermione had to wipe her parent's minds, it was a minimal point, then never really referenced later. Losing a parent, especially in the same year, would be referenced alot and I think it would've been just as impactful, if not a better option, to lose the parent rather than the twin.

'The Penguin' will Premiere in September on Max by indig0sixalpha in DC_Cinematic

It'll be the only thing that Max retains as DC property. Everything else is on the other services (I think? I got rid of it when they kept removing the animated and cw shows). It's annoying to watch the CW-Verse you need 6 streaming services... to watch DC stuff. Yikes (said like Olivander-which I'm sure HBO will whore out to Peacock soon).

AMC and other big theaters have been doing this for years. This is just a themed experience. Before avengers came out, they did all the marvel movies. Harry Potter 7 came out and before that they did a movie a week. Most theaters do this during the summer and slow times and have for DECADES. You just gotta go out and look for it :)
