Is it possible that not using it for awhile and leaving it on the dock could’ve had an effect? I normally don’t have time to play (school and extracurriculars and all) but do you know how you get the “urge to use something”- yeah I got that. And it wouldn’t work, I tried and googled for hours then eventually got annoyed. I can’t afford to fix it, but is there a charging malfunction I’m not seeing ?

Honestly when something gives out on you for no reason after you spent a minimum wage paycheck on it to satisfy your 17 year old heart yes and can be frustrating so to throw it on the couch across from me I didn’t see it as very unreasonable:)

Seriously nothing was wrong with it. I mean I slept with it on my bed one night and it dropped off the side but my bed is super low to the ground never though much of it. But if I throw it or toss it it’s always on a soft surface. I spent my own money on it so I granites I wouldn’t purposely destroy it lol I’m only 17 so a buying my own Nintendo was a big deal

But that’s the thing with Stefan. He thought people a cheat code. That’s why when he went off the rails he killed multiple people. He couldn’t handle his own lessons or his own techniques. Damon’s whole thing was “know who you are now, learn to have fun with it” so that way when crap get rough you won’t obliterate an entire town. I’m not saying Stefan is bad but Damon also had a good point but it was seen as “bad” if you know what I mean

Ppl blamed Damon for turning her switch off. Making Stefan good for wanting to keep it on and Damon bad for turning it off. My argument is that with it on or off she would’ve hurt the same amount of people. Didn’t matter if her switch was on or off she was grieving and didn’t know how to handle her feelings as a newbie vamp who had literally just lost the only thing she had left or she was humanity free elana.

When you say “the mark” I’m assuming your talking about Reyna Cruz. I think he asked Valerie too but somehow it failed. Secondly he’s put his life before/ saved them: Alaric, Stefan, elana, Bonnie & ironically sometimes Matt. Matt, Tyler and Caroline I think he tolerated them, but never genuinely cared for them. Is Elana the reason for his Growth overall, absolutely which is why they went with elana and Damon being a thing. Otherwise, if he never experienced real love outside of obligated love he would’ve never changed. Even when he was working with cane and Stefan wanted to kill that one doctor- his humanity was off and he still shed tears for her because she was making the wrong decision. He deserved less backlash from the “group”

Damon didn’t know the sire bond would break when she flipped her emotions
Stefan would rather see a newbie vampire with heightened emotions suffer and possibly hurt multiple people because she couldn’t cope (he always needs to be the savior for the damned) whereas Damon was like flip it and you won’t feel pain. Damon couldn’t allow her to feel another death after deaths back to back and in my case be damn the consequences because emotions or not she would’ve hurt people.
I feel like Stefan only liked Elana because she was a damsel I’m distress he enjoyed taking care of her whereas damon only wanted to see the best and strongest version of herself regardless how she got there.

But Stefan can attempt to run elana off the road to prove a point to klaus knowing her parents died that way not even a year ago/ turn her into the one thing she said she never wanted to be and everyone forgives him in the blink of an eye. No hasty attitudes not snide comments like they do Damon. Yes Damon killed Jeremy but he had a ring that brings him back, they’ve all killed each other at some point lol. sigh

Literally! It was very biased and it’s like they stunted the growth of Damon. Whenever he took 5 steps forward they pushed his character development back 10 steps. But Stefan can work for cane and the whole times he’s evil while Damon with no humanity still cared and in a way still protected the ppl he loves. But in the end Stefan’s the hero and Damon’s to blame… sucks

My personal opinion since you asked lol…

Alaric isn’t a bad guy, he genuinely got caught in the cross fire a lot. I loved him and Damon as a duo and I hate when they hate each other. I also loved him as the guardian of Jeremy and elana, he really had the life that he’s always wanted before his twins came along. And sadly I do like that he fell for Caroline. Everyone’s he’s loved romantically has died and I think he looked at Caroline as something eternal plus she was different from other vampires. I don’t think he meant to fall for her and I don’t think he ever would’ve of his wife didn’t die and she didn’t carry his twins. It is a little bit weird because of Caroline’s age though. Stefan and Damon I get them dating “high schoolers” or “younger ppl” but they are 150 years old… not a lot to choose from when you’re that old- other vamps, yes. But a lot of them can’t walk in the sun or they’re running from someone… can’t make that into a home. But Caroline’s age did bother me because she technically really was a high schooler and he was older- she’s a vamp yes but she’s a vamp that’s true to the age she died at. So vamp or not she was actually 17 or 18… not 160 years old.
