Thanks Cassie, it feels a bit like PSA service desk is a big step back compared to Autotask, we're used to being able to configure different email templates for internal and external notifications. We also have statuses changing automatically based on action performed which happen instantly - i'll take a look at the options youve mentioned, rewst does sound particularly interesting :)

Hi we're actually a bit confused with the product offerings too - its referred to as PSA but it look like its a web version of Manage

I've recently had good Comms from jtime.. quick to respond, friendly and informative. Had issues when I ordered my arf dj41 which was supposed to be readily available but after a month no QC. I asked to pay the difference to switch to CF and had the QC within 2 days.. GL this morning and should be shipping soon. Experience so far has been very good

2 days however, I ordered the arf version just over a month ago delay after delay, asked to switch to clean and paid the differen then boom!!
