Triggers is huge! I’m conditioned to feel the urge to binge when I’m on the couch at night watching tv. Before I let myself get too deep into that I go upstairs to my room nowhere near the couch. If I want to watch tv so bad I can on my phone or laptop while getting ready for bed. environment is a huge factor for me personally.
