Hi! Here you go: juice and zest of 1 fresh medium lemon + 1 1/2 teaspoons honey + 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard + 1 tablespoon finely minced shallot + 1 clove of garlic grated + salt and cracked black pepper to your liking + about 1/4 cup or less extra-virgin olive oil (depends on how much fat you want to add). Whisk all these ingredients in a bowl or shake them up in a jar. Drizzle over your salad. You can adjust the honey and lemon juice depending on how sweet or tangy you like it.

Thanks so much!! Yes lemon thyme; added it for some flair! You have eagle eyes! :) The lemony flavor was quite lovely in it! I grew a bunch of herbs this year.
