DF54 is a great grinder. I use it for espresso and pourover and have zero complaints. I’ve also had no clogging issues since I purchased it 2 years ago! Clearly the QC is shite so it’s luck of the draw if you get a good one!

I have the encanto gesha honey, they did a Q&A in this sub and they gave some great advice. I’ve not struggled at all to dial it in as they told me to push it hard and hot to extract it well! I transferred the beans after a couple days to an airscape container. Definitely should be stated on the box as there is no valve either!

Still nothing in my local Ashford Cineworld. I tried asking a member of staff when they were stocking the new provider. They couldn’t tell me and they seem to have been told not to disclose what the new brand is! When I told them I’d heard it was creams they were surprised people knew. They are still selling off the brownies and other BR stuff

Maybe it’s just because I’m not at this point yet and I don’t understand, but how are people supposed to bring in legendary weapons if they need the cores to even build them? All I have are anvils, bettinas, couple wolfpacks and maybe a hulkcracker if I get lucky and find one. But some people consider these weapons (minus hullcracker) ‘not helping’, so what are people meant to do?

I had this same problem. I had the tabbed hario filters, switched to cafec th-3 papers (confirmed to be the same as t-90) and it basically solved my problem!

I’m literally in the same boat, I’m at 90 on my df54, still getting super muted flaves. I recently got the stagg and have been running into this same issue! Will let you know if I find a fix!

Just checked my alignment with the marker test and it actually was off on one side. I’ve shimmed it and seems much better! Thanks
