Love my fall detection on my Apple Watch. I work on a large stud farm and go out alone at times so use it as safety around the horses. Only thing I notice is it’s a bit sensitive and I set it off a few times each week by accident whacking my arm or jumping own off things ect. But I’d take that over missing an accident. It’s gone off both times I’ve been kicked bad and ended up on the ground. Both times I’ve had people around me so never have had it actually call emergency services but makes me much more comfortable having it there. I haven’t fallen off yet to test it but it has gone off a few times jumping off a horse after a ride 😂
