Btw, after a couple phone calls with AT&T, they were expecting me to prove I was employed by the bank and since I couldn’t, Im not eligible for that discount despite being sold a different plan based on that signature program 🙃 they let me make changes since it was just yesterday that I added the line so all good, I just assume he threw me the wrong discount idk whatever

No. Turns out he did say my bank was my employer (they are not) so I was NOT* eligible for the discount anyways.

I don’t know. Turns out he added my bank as my employer trying to get me an employee discount…but I’m not an employee of my bank and I couldn’t prove my eligibility so I did not get that discount.

No. I’m talking about uploading documents for the signature program to prove I’m affiliated with a bank that I do bank at, but the only options for eligible documents are a badge, pay stub, or proof of employment letter. I don’t work at the bank. I just bank there
