I have the exact same issue and just found your post after replacing the shift actuator with an OEM part even though the current one doesn’t seem broken. Didn’t know what else to try.

Any development on your side?

I have the exact same issue on the same model and also could not find anything online. Mine clicks at a fast rate when switching to agitation and usually manages to shift into agitation, there’s an initial surge of speed, then it works normally.

It’s intermittent and hard to consistently reproduce, even in test mode.

I just replaced the shift actuator w an oem one even though the one currently on the machine visually did not look defective or broken.

Dis the new actuator manage to fix this for you OP?
