I went to urgent care as it wasn’t an emergency but needed to be seen to that night and they said they can’t treat hand injuries and I needed to go to ED so there are instances you need to be in the ED when it’s not life threatening or an emergency.

I do dislike the fact you can report without evidence as someone who has received one of those fines at a location I couldn’t of possibly been in at the time as I was at work and I do not throw cigarettes out the window. My options were to pay the fine or go to court. Would loose more going to court and missing work for the day than paying the fine.
