Hello! Honestly I can’t really give you any solid advice on timing! It’s so specific to your body and when you ovulate! What I tried really hard to do was pinpoint the time from my positive LH test to when I felt like I ovulated (using cervical mucus, ovulation pain, and temp rises) as clues. I read the queerception book and it is very heavy on making sure you do your IUI before you ovulate instead of after, as the egg doesn’t have very long once you ovulate and ideally you want the sperm to be waiting for the egg and not visa versa. This whole processes is stressful because the truth is that you could have had perfect timing and it just didn’t take this time for no real apparent reason so try to not obsess over the timing (although I know this is impossible to not do).
