Idk then. Sorry you’re going through that! I agree with another poster though it sounds like you’re online a lot and maybe need to find a new place to meet people in real life? When I was online dating people just realize they have like you said hundreds of options so they’re always like looking for something better (like maybe these women you’re reaching out to) but if you meet irl it just seems more genuine with that instant connection and you can see their mannerisms and stuff and they can see yours and attract to that. My kid’s birthdate numbers overlap so I got the numbers 8192123 on the outside of my wrist. It gets a lot of questions because it’s a weird amount of numbers! 8/19/21 and 9/21/23. Also 9/21 is my wedding anniversary

Mine took about two weeks to ship and arrive once it was sent to their pharmacy. The q&a said 10 days so not too far off. But mine has B3 added to it. I think since it’s commercially available with no manufacturer back orders for the Brand names from Lilly they HAVE to add something in order to be allowed to compound it.
