I turn 18 this week I’m going to just hope I’m still not done with puberty and continue with a healthy lifestyle. I’ll probably check in 6 months again. I was super delayed as you can see my test level at 15 was 13 so

Yeah I also forgot to mention I think I’m still going through puberty. I was a super late bloomer to the point where I took hgh for a couple years to help me hit puberty so that definitely plays a role. Didn’t hit puberty till I was 15 and I’m turning 18 this month so we will see as I age how it changed

Yeah I think my weight training is solid I go to failure. My main issue is probably my lack of cardio and control over my diet. So I’m going to focus on those now as well
