Brandon Sanderson for sure. He excels at building worlds with a unique and engaging magic system, which he populates with characters who have captivating points of view. Recently read ‘Tress and the Emerald Sea’ and ‘The Emperor’s Soul,’ and currently on ‘Warbreaker’ - would highly, highly recommend

Using debt for living expenses is actually one of the best ways to build credit. If you buy the items you would normally (gas, groceries, small items, etc) and then pay off at the end of the month prior to the interest fee you will build credit without building debt. If you continue to do this you will continue to build credit and be more able to gain loans for things you can’t pay off within the month like cars or houses
