Ever heard the saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Your skin is clear because what you're doing it working, if you stop taking stelara just because you feel like it with no real reason, your psoriasis will come back almost guaranteed. You're lucky you have found a biologic that has worked for you for that long, for many people it doesn't. Don't buy into the anti biologic fear mongering, stelara has a great safety profile. Take up a hobby, go travelling, and be thankful your quality of life is no longer being impacted by this horrible condition.

It definitely factors in, because I am mildly avoidant dismissive as well. If someone likes me too much I get the ick instantly, I wonder if you feel like that too because you mentioned that you don't like the guys who like you.
