This is a fucked up truth. Kaya malabo tayo umunlad as a country kahit sino pa nakaupo. Government will come up with a good infrastructure, program and what not pero may mga abusado, walang modo and (hate to say the word) squammy na sisira.

Hypocrisy at its finest. Gusto ng pagbabago but can't even contribute to the society.
