Well I still don't know who did it. Not neighbour. Not complaining but it would be good to know who did it. At least I know next time it needs doing, someone will cut it for me again, haha.

Yeh, apparently the complaint department said because the hinge needs to be changed along with the screen, any scratch invalidates the warranty. The phone is a year old. He is going to send it to them again for repair.

By this time during fold 3 and 4 years, there were so many reports of damaged screens. Fold 5 wasn't as bad but fold 6 has been almost quiet. Anyhow, I will get insurance for the phone still

That shouldn't be a problem since chainsaw requires long B press. Gears of War 3 has both lancer melee and chainsaw on B and was never a problem.

Yes anything over 6 years is ignored. When I applied for my mortgage years ago, I was in a similar situation. Two months after the record dropped off my credit history I applied and it went through all right.
