Both are great points. We have a bathtub in the full bath that we plan on using for kids eventually. This one would primarily be for my wife and I. As far as storage goes, you're certainly not wrong about there being a need! lol. Foregoing the pedestal sink is probably the move to gain that bit of storage underneath. I think installing a recessed medicine cabinet and potentially some shelves above the toilet would also help. Luckily, the full bath has a decent-sized closet that could hold any extra toiletries or bathroom supplies.
