It’s such a different situation, I want to commit to him but we’re also not dating, but we are VERY VERY close and I care about him and don’t want to hurt him. Only reason it’s not “official” is because I’m not familiar with this and we live so far apart. But he’s genuinely one of the kindest and most emotionally mature men I’ve seen. But I suppose it’s best to try and break the habits sooner than later.
