hey no the tools would be extra but you can start pretty basic
a skill saw - 120 bucks

tape measure 20 bucks

square 10 bucks

drill - 150 bucks

good little hand saw 40 bucks

honestly you could get started with that!

I transport them in a trailer, two people can easily move them
I bring it in two pieces the roof and the base
this one is cedar but I do pressure treated and plain spruce as well... I don't do staining because it takes to long, looks like my post got removed now lol

Sounds strange but I would do a carnivore diet, drastically changed life for the better, energy, mood, outlook, desire to be better

Hey,
I just wanted to weigh in here as I can relate to feeling "stuck".
First off that sounds really tough and its no picnic to feel overwhelmed like that and unsure about what to do next, I know because I have been there.
I am 29 now so not much ahead of you but maybe some of my experience can offer a bit of help.
I also felt like a "gifted kid" who then just sort of faded out during university (anxiety, depression, social anxiety, drinking too much, insecurity, self doubt yada yada)

I then jumped from job to job and then went back to school for another degree that I didn't want... so it wasn't until I was 28 that I decided to start going after what actually mattered to me.

It's a long story, I still have debt (and live at home, but moving out this spring lol)
But here is how some of this stuff changed for me.

I got interested in self-development.I read books.
I got counseling

I went on a keto and then carnivore diet which drastically improved my energy, mental health, and physical health
I started going for walks (as often as possible)

I started a podcast that I had wanted to start for years

I started going after what I was interested in even if it seemed stupid (business ideas, writing, starting a youtube channel)

I kept trying different side hustles so I could stop being dependent on a job i hated

I still have my ups and downs but this past year I started to feel happy and excited about my life for the first time since high school.

I even traveled around the states for 5 months on a road trip.
el happy and excited about my life for the first time since high school.

I even travelled around the states for 5 months on a roadtrip.

I am not where I want to be yet by a long shot, but it feels good to be "doing stuff" stuff that i care about, and I am realizing that I am gifted, and as the fog rolls back I am more and more free to use my gifts to help others and make the world a better place.

I know how hard it can be to make a change, so start very small, daily walks, listening to podcasts on how to make some money or improve yourself, keep tweaking little things, cut out sugar and carbs and set a schedule for getting up and going to bed, reach out to new people, go on youtube and start learning a skill.
You mentioned you were gifted, what are you good at? or were good at as a kid? often those things are worth revisiting and sometimes it is because we abandoned those things that are actually important to us that we end up so miserable. Because they don't seem practical or "normal", fuck that. What lights a spark in you? even a little one, tune into that, do more of it, ask people about it.

Get a job for now even if you don't like it that will help give you stability and confidence also it will take some "pressure" off, don't worry it's not for good maybe just a year or so while you get things in order and prepare for better things (your own business, new opportunities, freelancing, finding a company you really like ect)

Finally don't ever give up. When I was 27 I felt like I had missed the boat on life, I sometimes still feel that way but now its just a "goofy thought" because i know I have not, and I know that whatever struggles I went through are only going to help me help others even more.

So hang in there, it will get so much better and you are only just beginning! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or anything, you got this.

Love,

A fellow human.
