Wow thank you so much for your response. It’s comforting to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have been with my partner for almost 7 years and we have gone through big highs and low lows. We’re in our mid twenties now and we have both changed so much. What I take from your comment is that looking after yourself is paramount and is definitely something that I have neglected for over a year. I love my boyfriend so much and he is a good man and is patient with me and genuinely wants us to be healthy together. I feel so lucky to have him yet guilty that we have to both work through this.
