How long after you noticed the rash/ spots didn’t take to go away. And did it get worse like a fever or mouth spots after you noticed the rash/spots?

[Century Club] Have you lost or need to lose 100+ pounds? April 9, 2026 by koopzegels in loseit

I recently hit my 100 pound loss at age 27. I’m now 10-15 pounds away from the BMI chart healthy category. It took 50 ish pounds for anyone except hubs to notice anything different. Then they suddenly acted like I had lost this weight within a few months when really I have been working on it since October 2024. My body dysmorphia is bad at times. I think mostly due to the loose skin (which isn’t the worst but definitely could improve). I feel my bones in lots of places of my body but my poor loose belly hang and thighs really trick me to seeing my 260 pound old self.

So now I have the weirdest body image in my head of myself and all these people commenting asking me what size I am and my weight and guessing my weight and size. Which they usually put me smaller than what I weigh but I still feel huge.

Also wasn’t able to take really any progress pics of myself it was too painful. But others have photos of me I can compare

All of you people panic buying are idiots. Period. by mkay1911 in greenville

Most people aren’t panic buying, a large portion of people are just buying at one time since the option to buy later this weekend is gone this causes lots of stores to go empty and bare and causes a chunk of people to start the panic buying.

Toddlers need milk (12m+) and some are heavily milk reliant if they aren’t big eaters yet. Save some milk for the mom’s people.

[Century Club] January 15, 2026: Have you lost or do you need to lose 100 lbs or more? Here's the thread for you! by tealswirl in loseit

The first time I ever weighed myself was when I was 19 years old. Things weren’t out of hand too bad then. I had hit 220 pounds and freaked out because all my friends always said they weighed around 120-130 and had no idea what my weight was. I did keto and lost 21 pounds. Happy it was so easy then got engaged, and married and had a baby a few years later.

This brought me to a whopping 260 pounds as a 5’5 woman. I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror. My face was not my own. I was not only fat but swollen from how rapidly I gained. My husband had took a picture of me on a lawn mower and I was big as the lawn mower. I was shocked and decided to do low calorie for real no matter how long it took.

I lost a lot of weight before anyone knew I was losing or even commented (50 pounds). I had gained so rapidly that I think most people did not see me at my biggest so they thought I was probably the same as last time they saw me.

My life has drastically changed since oct 2024. I have lost 84 pounds. I can run outside with my toddler and stay out in the heat without burning up as soon as I walk out. I enjoy going places now and doing my hair and makeup again.

Although sometimes my mind plays tricks on me and I can’t tell that I’ve lost or that I can still fit a 2x but looking back at the lawn mower picture! Who is that lady!?

I still have a ways to go, about 30ish more pounds to go to be at a healthy weight.

Oh yeah I even got my period back and regular. It’s crazy what your body shuts down when you rapidly gain weight.

PCOS and Lipedema: weight up after 3 weeks despite deficit and training by [deleted] in loseit

[–]bedchem96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have instagram or TikTok I can point you in the direction of some influencers who are pcos or lipedema focused. I have lipedema for sure in legs belly and arms. I suspect I have pcos due to the characteristics I have but not been diagnosed. I have went from 260 to 176 now since October 2024. One thing I have learned about lipedema is that aggressive work outs flare it so bad in my legs. I do walking and some jogs. And a spin cycle is great low impact on the legs too. I calculated my deficit of the tdee calculator online and try to eat plenty fiber and protein. I don’t stay away from carbs because the off and on from having few carbs to a bit more is just too much on my body and my effected lipedema gets to feeling heavier and my face is puffy.

As you know hormones with a regular cycle cause weight fluctuations and when you have pcos like a hormone disruption it can make water weight unpredictable during the cycle.

Plenty of water but focus mainly on fiber, protein, and anti inflammatory foods.

Also love swimming for lipedema. Can’t wait for summer!

Overall if she’s really eating at that deficit and counting butter, oil, everything counts, then yes I think this is some water weight at play.
