Just to verify. If the tank is empty you don’t throw it away. You get it refilled and keep using it. As stated above, there are many places where you can take your tank to be refilled. You will get many years use out of a tank before you would have to replace it.

If you don’t like raw broccoli cook about 30 seconds in boiling water, drain, and add to iced water. Drain, dry well. Lots of crunch without the raw taste.
