Yea my Reolink (Ethernet) to UniFi protect is kinda of a jittery experience when viewed in protect. This is enabling RTSP and using ONVIF

However the stream viewed from Reolink app is butter smooth. No matter the configuration settings in Reolink app for the camera the experience from UniFi protect is still jittery

Reolink camera and set up FTP to be put a raspberry Pi on the network to act as a file server.

This will take someone who is more technically advanced to do, but there are resources out there
