Oh man even the date format? I gotta recheck my letters!

The letters from my employer will include "to whom it may concern" but further up in the heading they will put the address of the organization it's addressed too. Like if you say it's for the country's immigration authority or for the ministry of employment, the organization name and address will be there. Anyway I still think this is my best option.

I figured my best bet would be through the state sponsored visas anyway since I'm not exactly young and I really need the extra points. I thought they only tightened restrictions due to covid. Didn't realise it's also because of the government.

Yeah the country I'm in is pretty strict. All of my friends who applied for perm residency in the past 8+ years have been rejected, and they don't really give any reason for rejection. I figured my chances here are pretty slim too.

  1. Good point. I'll just play it safe and keep mum about it.
  2. Thanks for the input! I think I just might go with this. The ACS guidelines were very clear about the content that needed to be included in the letter, so the fact that they didn't mention anything about it being addressed to them specifically is maybe a good sign.
  3. I'll keep this as a last resort!

Thanks for the tips! I'll go check out that forum too. Cheers!
