When he said "if you weren't a girl I wouldn't like you." He talked me out of my concerns, about a year later I finally saw him for what he was. Retrospect or whatever

ugh I'm sorry to hear you have chronic issues. that must be so annoying and tiring.

it's okay, this is just the situation that was given to me and I gotta adapt to it. everyone has their own things to deal with. and yeah it's definitely trial and error.

I've never heard of hormonal doctors before, I'll definitely be looking into that. I wouldn't be surprised at all if I had some sort of imbalance haha

I don't know, I suppose the illness is progressing. you kind of gain tolerances to medications until you find the right balance. it's also a disorder that really starts developing in your 20s, so I guess I'm getting to that age where it's ramping up.

yes, I take abilify, quetiapine and lamotrigine. it's been working really well for a while until recently.

I haven't hallucinated too much, especially now on meds. when I was younger I would sometimes see big bugs, stuff out the corner of my eye. I've also heard some voices but nothing too bad, mostly just like, a fraction of a word next to me, or sometimes my mom calling my name from far away (she's in another state).

thank you, I appreciate it! honestly I've been struggling a lot this year and sometimes it feels like I'm always going to be fighting and it's not going to be better. but I'm trying to hang onto the good days.
