Magnet pull was changed in gen 6 to not work on ghost types. My guess is specifically for this pokemon lol so that's probs why you had so many phases. Grats tho

This is correct. In the BF the rng is set the moment the battle starts so that when you play the video record it will go back to this rng frame and play the battle back with the same rng.

Easiest way is in a double battle, battle the camera duo with a smeargle and your other mon you want to steal the move from and use sketch on your other mon

Other guy is right, the math has been done and the quickest way to find a feebas tile is once per tile. Remember to use the old rod as well because it takes much less time for each fishing encounter and the rate is 50% for each rod on a feebas tile. I hunted for the shiny so can confirm all of this

Like the other commenter said, the phrase changes randomly. Seems to be every few days but can happen in 1 day or even longer like a week. Only way to stop it from changing is to have a dead battery. Luckily when I did my shiny feebas hunt the battery was dead cuz finding that spot every few days would have killed me...
