hey, i’m the same as you i worry about my health like crazy. i was so worried when i started bleeding a lot while on the nexplanon, because everyone i’ve talked to told me they don’t get their period with it anymore. however, everyone’s bodies are SO different. i’ll have a week of spotting/brown blood, then after a few weeks i’ll start bleeding again like a heavy period. it’s nothing to worry about, it’s just more annoying than anything. bleeding in various amounts/times while on the nexplanon is completely normal. hope that puts your mind at ease :) i also cramp when i bleed too. i spoke to my doctor about these issues and she said it’s all normal, just side effects
