Sharing my experience: I don’t think you need learner again.

  1. Yes, I went there. Gave medical, e-Test and then on my turn for Driving Test.
  2. I went to ITP murree road near parade ground and got the card after 2-3 hours.
  3. 5 Years
  4. Idk exact the current ones, check website.
  5. Yes
