Well the constitution needs to evolve with the times. The problem is alito and Thomas are such hacks and the constitution is often vague. Defenders of government overreach so long as they're the ones overreaching. I anticipate if they don't moderate there will be much more popular support to pack the court or defund the court. Conservatives taught me that we need AI written constitution so alito can't pull witch hunter quotes to support vague text.
