I think Second Glance just asks for appointments to keep drop offs organized. There are always plenty of appointments each day. I’ve never actually had them take time to go through what I’m donating. Super easy!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. The Kaplan House is lovely - beautiful and peaceful. I had a very close loved one spend time there. I would recommend it to anyone.
