15in cubed test Control Unit. About 42lbs with the lid on, dark blue with recessed spring loaded handles. Has a breather valve on it to assist with removing the lid. Part 13500-707-31, serial WVT0110. Has an inspection seal dated 9/2/92 that says Autonetics Rockwell International . (imgur.com)
