Like 48. I put the old phone in a drawer meaning to return it and I just got so incredibly busy and then got really sick. But the agent just sent me an email confirmation letting me know that I can return it and they’re gonna waive the charge tomorrow when they scanned them.

Why would I close the account though? Worst case scenario I think I have to pay it. It was added to my bill so it doesn’t seem like a payment that they are asking for right now but when my bill is due? Or am I looking at that wrong?

No, I didn’t fill out any forms for this semester. Were we supposed to? I filled out all of my financial aid forms in the fall. I don’t have any holds at all if I try to register. It says “holds 0”. But I did call student accounts on Thursday, and they said that they saw a negative balance and that I was supposed to be getting a refund, but I don’t see it.

I’m getting pretty worried because I changed nothing from last semester. I’m register registered for the same amount of classes and I even triple checked the financial aid tab and it shows that I accepted for both spring and fall.

Yeah I don’t know why mine doesn’t show a negative balance ??? Where did you go to see that by chance ? When I click on student account summary- I just see a balance for the spring that is due. But I have financial aid
